WORKING IN GROUPS ISNT COOL

Ever since i can remember working in groups hasn't been the best part of school or life in general. People always let you down. I must admit that i too have let some people down when i do group work. We schedule times to meet and not everyone has that time available. We then finally meet and the distractions are all around us. I remember when we used to meet at someones house and that would be even worse because then people get hungry and they want snacks then the time goes by and all have down is what we want to do. then when the deadline approaches all that people have to do is hurry up and do the project. It has happened before that miscommunication causes us all to do the project, i finished the project all of it and so did some other girl. we both did the same exact work the whole thing. miscommunication is the ultimate fail tool for most if not all group work. it happens at the job site all the time. then there is the whole i don't like you thing and all of that. I usually wait and see who takes leadership because i am not much of a leader. I am more of a supporter and I will do whatever the leader assigns. somewhat like teacher student I am used to following directions. I just worry that projects won't get done as efficient as they should when people work in groups. but it all depends on what people want.
